Damaged or wrong item
- Record a short video of opening the parcel. Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the video.
- We usually reply the same working day and fix it fast. If an item is damaged or wrong, we send a replacement free, or refund that item if a replacement isn't possible.

Returns and refunds
- Unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping, unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.
- Opened or used products can't be returned.
- Refunds go to your bank account within 7 working days after we receive the item.
- This policy doesn't affect your rights under Malaysian consumer law.
