Shipping
- We ship within 1 to 2 working days after we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
- We use EasyParcel, so the courier may vary by area. We send your tracking number on WhatsApp.
- Delivery takes about 2 to 4 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 5 to 8 working days in Sabah and Sarawak.
- Shipping is free in Peninsular Malaysia. East Malaysia adds RM15.

Cash on delivery
- Pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Please have the exact amount ready.
- Please keep your phone on. The courier will call you.
- If a parcel is refused or can't be delivered after repeated attempts, we may ask for payment in advance on your next order.
